Love the clothes and love the service. I especially love that a lot of the clothes have the different size measurements available, it makes for a way easier online shopping experience when you can measure yourself or clothes you already own to determine the best size for you. They have a great range of clothes and accessories that are great quality too.

Beautiful store and beautiful staff, have been in many times now and have never had a bad experience, today when I came in I was served by the lovely Nicole. I also came in with my sister last weekend who had never shopped at Shine On before and she too had a great experience and found a dress she loved.

This store is sadly let down by its customer service.Shine on has a policy of no refunds. Store credit only. This is fine if you change your mind. If the product is faulty or ordered online and the wrong size and they can not provide you with the right size, they can not keep your money. It is outside of the consumer guarantees act. It doesn’t matter what they state on their website. They can not keep your money if they can not supply the product. I see from other negative reviews that people have had issues with this. Hopefully this helps others have a better experience

Went into the Christchurch store to buy jeans, told Ange (sales assistant) the style I wanted,. Ange had me sorted in record time! She knew her sizing of different brands and was fast, efficient and friendly! Great experience!

Absolutely stunning service, any sizing or style I needed to change from the changing room was no drama at all. The assistant also recommended things she thought that would fit well, and they were spot on! Exactly what I wanted.100% recommend
