Always brilliant service from this company. They always exceed my expectations, especially considering we are based quite a distance away from Pukekohe but they get out to us here in Mangatangi either on the day or the day after I have called. Highly recommend their services :)

Great service, had a couple of remotes that required new batteries, changed without any issues. Prompt and speedy service.

Absolutely appalled with the service I received today. Went in to get my current car key remote replaced, which I had physically in my hand. The woman who served me regarded it as a lost key and the cost of replacing was $500. If I had the option of no stars, I would.I recommend going to Counties Locksmiths as the service I received was satisfactory, the gentleman had gone out of his way to find a solution at a quarter of the price, very helpful.

What shocking customer service. Went in for some friendly advice at 3pm on a Friday. The guy wouldn't look at my door lock. He wouldn't give me advice. He said I have to book in an appointment to talk to him. He's the expert yet won't talk to you unless you pay him. This buisness is going under and is displayed by work ethic

I left my vehicle’s remote key with these guys to copy and replace. It took a few days however I understand they were busy at the time.When I finally got the key back I noticed that the buttons weren’t locking or unlocking the vehicle. I suspected the battery however I’m not an expert.When I returned to the shop to have the key inspected I was immediately informed by the technician that the button mechanism was worn out and likely causing the problem.The technician was able to diagnose the problem simply by operating the buttons! I guess he is the expert however I wish that he used his experience and expertise for those extra few seconds when he initially inspected the key before charging me for the job.Out of pocket and without a solution or an apology, I’m feeling robbed! This is what you get for trusting somebody to do a good job!Very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed.

Called in to have a key cut for the car. The new key was nothing like the original but was told nothing they could do about it and anyway there was no guarantee. Cost 30 dollars for nothing, just a cut key that I will have to throw away. The place is full of excuses. Would not recommend, better to go into Auckland.

I had a key cut here and the man who serviced me was super friendly and helpful...I did bring my own blank key to be cut and was warned about the risks of an outside key, but the key ended up working brilliantly ! I was not made to feel guilty at all about providing my own blank key which was a concern of mine...will use this store in the future for sure...
