Never use these guys they’re not considerate at all towards people when we end up changing our minds, they hadn’t picked up the car but we exchanged cash and key and they said they’ll pick up later. I had changed my mind and called up asking if I could give back the money and grab the keys the guy on the phone was so rude and told me it’ll cost me an extra cost of $300 for gas road users blah blah blah I thought that was so unbelievable when I said that he started being rude WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

My personal experience at Kiwi Car Removals was absolutely amazing. I struggle to fathom the words to describe my wonderful encounters with the staff. The young man Mo was very helpful and got me sorted! Much recommended, will go again! #ondagang

rude staff. asked for a part thats avaliable on multiple ranges of cars and within half a second of saying it they said no we dont and just hung up. probably didnt even bother checking to see if they had it

Rung up to ask for a single wheel rim - I was told they dont sell single rims and not sure where i could get one, as they hung up on me. I was after other parts as well but will go elsewhere now, rude as.
