Peter would not provide an estimate and then demanded the $1,000 insurance excess immediately. The job was not completed but Peter still took the initial $500 and left a mess behind. Complete rip off merchant.

Second time I have used Jae carpet cleaning both times I have had Damian and just awesome service first time helped us out stright away emergency with a flooded down stairs and today at our rental he brought some gross carpet back to New. I tried a rug doc once don't wast your time or money just call these guy.

Lovely guys, Jae Kapiti.had something for every kind of stain , knew what they were doing!I am delighted with the result, I no longer need to do the walk of shame every time i pass that loungeroom carpet orange juice stain that i tried to remove with various products and ended making ugly yellow patches ! Would definitely use this service again .Thanks guys

Submitted false claims in their reports to mask their incompetence causing me headaches with insurance company.Not punctual usually 30 mins late for all appointments despite giving a 30 minute window of arrival.Arrogantt Staff, they think just because they have been doing it for 20 years they are right and others are wrong.For someone doing this for 20 years they do a mediocre job.I would not recommend them, if your insurance assgins them as their representative you have a right to choose your own flood restoration company and their are plenty out their with far better focus on customer service which is 'You' not the insurance company.

We had the lower floor of the house flooded with hot water and these guys were superb. They were competent, kind, knowledgeable, and went way beyond what we expected in terms of helping us out. We would absolutely unreservedly recommend them!!!

Have been a loyal customer in different parts of NZ as they are so good but sadly, they are simply too busy now to be able to come in a timely manner (and with a cat vomit stain I needed prompt service).
