Disappointing online shopping in recent times with this company. It is hit and miss with having your emails answered. Even resorted to asking via their FB page if an out of stock item could be ordered in, and was told that they had contacted the company in question, and that it was a no! I just ordered this item directly with the company and it WAS in stock. Hate being lied to. I have spent a lot of money with this store, and wouldn't of thought that in these tuff times you would get such poor service.

It’s a great experience visiting this store and an even greater experience attending the classes they offer. I think Craftables is excellent. They have a great range of products and the prices are all good reasonable prices. The people that work there and own the shop are very friendly, caring people and the classes we have each week are excellent. We make awesome cards that are absolutely loved by the people l make them for.

UPDATE: this has been resolved after much time, stress and worry. I ended up cancelling my order and was given a refund.Original review:Ordered several items online on 16 July 2021. When I purchased them, all the items were in stock at the time. I've sent several emails trying to resolve the issue and he only replies once saying he'll look into it for me.Why not just cancel the order and refund me? It's the easiest thing to do.Had my order confirmed and paid for--> YESReceived goods --> NOAttempting to resolve issue --> NO
