Bupa Windsor Park Care Home
We have a family member now in Windsor Park.I've found management and staff to be attentive kind and caring.Its a great environment and i love that they have an open door policy.Very grateful to them.

Bupa Windsor Park Care Home
In recent years the care and friendliness of Windsor has diminished greatly. It used to be friendly & welcoming but not now. I would never place a family member here ever again under any circumstances. Some of the management are unorganised & uncaring. The actual carers do their best so it's not their fault, it rests with management. Considering how expensive this care is the food & care is not to standard. Shame on you for making elderly people feel unwanted. Couldn't even organise the basic day to day matters. Stressful & not a good experience at all. 1 Star is what you deserve.
