Tish is an amazing PTShe listens to your needs and pay attention to everything you are saying or doing during a workout. She’s actually helping me reaching my goals of losing weight & toning my body (after having a baby) and i can finally say that I’m starting to love my body again. She’s always checking on you after a workout to see how your body is doing or does a weekly check up if you’re doing a program with her. She really motivates you to do your best.Tish put 110% in you even with her busy life. Love having her as my PT

Being new in town with young children, a good boot camp is sometimes all you need. Tish is an awesome trainer, with plenty of knowledge, every training is different and challenging and a absolute bonus..You can bring your little ones with you! While I'm getting some ME time, Tish was happy to hold my baby.
