People are great but management needs to get night packers back in as shelves are half empty and place should be well stocked when opens in the morning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable selection of products available although certainly not comprehensive. Produce and meat is always fresh. Plenty of parking. Shelf stocking during the day needs serious attention however. Perhaps due to busy times or not enough shelf space, goods can appear to be out of stock especially if on special. This happens regularly for me and I don't have the time to find and wait for a staff member to go looking for a product. Also need to consider a tiny discount or reward for self checkout usage as it saves the company money. Lotto available, and has a small Cafe food area.

It's amazing how different people are. Here, they're so friendly and while I only stopped in for one item and of cause bought several, I left my shopping basket by the self checkout while i went back to my car for a bag, When I got back, the checkout supervisor had checked my items and she was waiting for me and my bag and packed it while I paid. Pretty good eh! Love shopping here when I'm pet sitting for my niece.

Nice friendly helpful staff clean tidy and well stocked shelves new owners public toilet available if needed lots of trolleys big and small usually ready to go calculator provided if needed from Lotto counter have shopped there for many years highlyrecommend plenty of parking with child park and wheel chair access. Apparently smoking in a supermarket is not allowed, the employees kindly as me to leave, that was the last straw. What has society come to.

Polite, cheerful and helpful service.Colourful Fresh Fruit and vegetables well displayed. I appreciated a choice of frilly lettuce packs with bigger or smaller amounts of dark pieces in the pack.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The aisles are clear of trollies and room to move which is important to me as I am disabled. Shelves are kept topped up.

Nice store, well stocked, good fresh fruit and veg, quality meat selection.However I find it more expensive than shopping at Pukekohe stores.Always seems short staffed, today there was no one helping at the self checkout and the busy Lotto lady kept having to rush over and help, while leaving Lotto customers waiting.Always find staff to be friendly and helpful despite shortage.
