We found Laser Plumbing to be very friendly, professional and competitive installing our water filter. Highly recommend them and would have no hesitation using them again.

I used Laser Plumbing Christchurch West to repair a broken shower mixer, and install a new matching one in our second shower. Really easy booking process, with clear ETA from their team (which was met on the day by the plumber!) We also had them look at two small maintenance fixes while on site and these were addressed quickly, easily and without hassle. I would like to thank Josh and the Laser Plumbing team for their response to replacing our broken and faulty household taps. I actually called Laser but their lines were busy so I didn't leave a message and was going to call back but Josh actually called me back saying he had a missed call, impressive. He worked through our equipment requirements then forwarded pricing and data for us. When the equipment was obtained Jordan came to our house to do the tap installation job. Jordan was very professional, polite and certainly knew his stuff and completed an excellent job, thanks Jordan. I would recommend Laser Plumbing for anyone requiring any plumbing work to be done. We had laser plumbing install a whole house water filter to help with the recent chlorination in our area. They fitted a well known brand and used the larger of the available dual filters. Pricing was very reasonable for the work completed and product supplied. Their staff member Logan was friendly and helpful and went beyond what would be reasonably expected by helping me move some shelving around and then moving it back once the job was complete. I would throughly recommend laser plumbing for a job like this.

The excellent communication. Prompt service, job done when promised & to an excellent standard & within quoted price. We had a holdup with part of the job at our end ( supplier issues) but this wasn’t a problem- very accommodating.Will definitely recommend & use you guys again. I must add that over my life I have had a lot of work done by tradies & your service by far has been the easiest.

Had a 2 stage water filter system installed to the house. The plumber (Logan) arrived bang on time, explained what he would be doing and did a great job. Invoice came through promptly, was very fair and accurately reflected the time on site. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them in the future for any works needed.
