They over charged me by at least $600 and done work I never needed or asked to be done. While my car getting work done they called saying that I needed an $86 part, the work was worth $600 at most and they charged me $1260 and would not give my keys back until I came up with the money. Do not go there, all the positive reviews and from their associates.

Very unprofessional. Scammers!No responsible for the job that they are doing.Went for a simple wof for a VW golf gti and they charged $400 to fix one front suspension.They didn't assemble correctly and they found a lot of excuses to not fix properly.Be careful, not recommend at all.

Easy to book services over the phone, fast oil change. However ensure you get a price quoted before hand, normally an oil change is no more than $80 for my small hatchback, it cost me $120 here (called around and realised I could have gotten it done for my normal $80 at a nearby shop) feel like I might’ve gotten the “young female” price. They did a good job, but I probably wouldn’t recommend.

Do not go to these guys. I went for my warrant and failed on a light which was fine but he said he THINKS he needs a whole new HID unit for my light. 2nd hand $400 Since he said he think. I said would if it is not. He lost his nut at me in the phone and said he is the pro. I know nothing. I tried to explain it was because he said he thinks but was yelling and swearing. Told him I will be picking up my car and taking elsewhere. Tried to charge me for a new light put in. Even though was not working. Said expensive light. 80 or so $$. I said no. He Yelled and abused me and said he take it out. Then wanted to charge me labour for putting in and taking out $100 and something or couldnt collect my car. I sent partner to go get car. We only paid $40 for warrant. Took elsewhere got a light it was working. Went back and made them give me a warrant. If I hadn't of questioned. It would have cost be about $500. I found out later they were on fair go! Guess still have not learnt. Dont go. Place by the bk linwood ave are honest and amazing. Go there.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They tried to charge me 1000$ to fix something that came up in their warrent. However, I went to a different place for a second opinion and absolutely nothing was wrong with it and I passed the warrent! Only come here if you are looking to lose your money and get scammed. I have no idea how these guys are still running.

The price for wof is good, but it seems like they always find something to get a bit more money out of you. Have been to worse places.

A person I knows recent rant about this place prompted me to write this review. Visited some years ago with my Classic Car to get a WOF, it was failed because of its exhaust noise was said to be 'too loud' based off his opinion and no actual metered measurements. Had owned the car 15 years on same exhaust setup and was event certified by LVVTA with the setup, never been rejected. Suggested I take it to back to LVVTA for a noise assesment, instead I took it elsewhere and of course it passed.
