Enjoyed the experience washing my own car but wish they would fix the atm machine or heave some way to pay by card- I needed to get cash out to use the service

Is $2 for 1 minute of power standard in NZ?? In AUS you can wash and wax your car for under $10. $2 will get you at least 5 min of vacuum time. The facilities work but it's insanely expensive. Crazy.

Went in to have our car washed in the auto wash before bringing it in to a dealer to trade in. Our car came out with scratches all over the bonnet and deep gouges on the wing mirrors. The dealerships said it reduced the car value up to 1k. And the car wasn't even very clean after the wash.Phoned the manager and he had the audacity to imply that I was lying. Definitely avoid using the auto wash at this place if you want to keep your paint job in one piece. Would give zero stars if I could.

Love the fact the vacuums are under shelter also that there's a paywave machine on the vacuums and the wash bays.

Good facilities available. However those facilities don't actually clean, they just spread dirt all over the car. (Oh, and Yes I followed the instructions if you were going to ask)Has a function that is tire and engine degreaser" with a warning not to get it on paint. It comes out of the same nozzle you use to spray your car with foam afterwards.."

Car wash only washes right side wheels . I looked at wheel brush on left side, half of the brush is missing !. On asking the the on site attendant, he told me it doesn’t work and it’s been like that for years !.

Used the automatic wash machine which had card and coin options, I believe that the self service bays are coin only operation.Machine appeared to work well for cleaning the rental car used while on work travel, however even after selecting the highest priced car wash the front wheels were not cleaned by the machine, do very poor on wheel cleaning.Very busy car wash on both the automatic car wash and the self service bays.Has an ATM and Coin Changer machine onsite
