An unusual shopping experience from which I emerged feeling like a lesser person. The assistant obviously disliked the carpet sample I carried to try and match with tiles. Her attitude was arrogant and dismissive and I won't be visiting again. A bit of a shame since I have a lot more renovations ahead but I will shop in Wellington in preference to returning!

Thanks to an amazing staff for their friendly, cheerful and helpful service. I found my dream tiles and the ensuing discussions were relevant and to the point. They were happy to take the time and I didn't feel fobbed off". I later left a message on their answerphone and their response was prompt and efficient. Highly recommended

What pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Assisted in the selection of the tiles for our new house. Once we had selected the tiles from an extensive range they arranged prompt delivery at a very acceptable price. Well done thanks.

I have visited this store a number of times and taken home many tiles to try out. The staff are always helpful and never pressure me to return the tiles in a hurry so that I can spend time to choose the correct tile. They always offer to help carry tiles out to my car and I find then very knowledgeable about their products. A good place to shop for tiles especially when having a sale.

Terrible experience. Would never shop here again. Staff aren't helpful. Brought tiles, unfortunately our original plans with our house didnt work out meaning we couldn't use our feature tiles and needed plainer tiles to cover a larger space. Wanted to return our original purchase to then purchase three times the amount of different tiles. They straight refused this. I wrote to the head office from their website and to this day have heard nothing. Tile trends around the corner was amazing to work with and so friendly and helpful.
