We had a large group booking and the staff were amazing; friendly, accomodating and attentive. Tables were well set out with room for moving around, and the variety of food was delicious!Thank you for making our celebration such a success!

I wanted to make a remark on the racism and awkwardness from being separated from the other buffet goers. we noticed that the White/European/Caucasian buffet goers were seated in the section above us. As people of colour this type of treatment isn't favorable and overall made this experience distasteful.i personally wanted Chicken Nuggets and was resounded to what i assume was the chef in a rude manner. His remark- 'those nuggets would be nice for the kids' if certain food wasn't suppose to be for everybody then this should have been properly labelled.

Fantastic meal and pretty good value for money.The lunch time buffet on Saturday is $42/adult and the food offerings are top notch.Great selection of tasty salads, delicious pasta and the usual selection of fish and meat from the carvery. The top item, on the day, for me was the Thai Chicken curry, which was just superb.My main course tends to be dessert and they had a great selection of little bite sized cakes and pastries, ice cream and a 'to die for' red velvet cake, in addition to a fresh fruit salad and a chocolate layer cake.Unobtrusive, efficient service although the place was heaving with small and very large groups of people.Definitely worth a visit and we will be going back for sure.

Place of good food with nice environment and one side lake. There are hips of car parking. There entrance are very wheelchair and strollers friendly. They have lots of entrance and entry options. This is the great place for buffet or party or conference with staying in there hotels. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They just cleaned the tables within seconds. You don’t worry about used plates. All staffs are very responsive. They will give you super first for your services.

Less food than other buffet restaurants in Auckland which meant food selection was less. But food was tasty. We had to pay for coffee but tea was included in the $42.

We attended for birthday breakfast for my sisters.Not the best selection for breakfast & staff working today were sadly not attentive.Not impressed with the frozen berries (needed more time in the fridge not freezer) & was a pain to have to remind/ask staff to keep refilling items that were empty (like the butter, juice & hot water).Staff hardly around at times & took a while to realize plates needed to be cleared off our table.Buffet breakfast not worth the price tag but the 1 thing that you can't deny is the view which I'd rate 5 stars on its own!

Staying at the hotel for a conference. They couldn't serve me a coffee during our break at 10am. Wt actual f? Sorry we can't serve you in between breakfast and dinner. Drove to Starbucks and won't be back for lazy service.Just skip it.Update: we purchased the lunch buffet for 40 ppl. Seems sodas aren't included and nothing to drink but water and coffee. 6$ for glass of soda. Fml
