I had a lovely lady help me choose a pram today. This is my first pram purchase ever, so i really needed help. She showed me so many things on how everything works and how to put everything together. $989 for the phil and teds sports buggy is alot of money for me, however its really nice to walk out of the store feeling happy about my purchase with no regrets. Great customer service, i wish got her name :) Thankyou!!

Nice enough store and good selection of products. Found it very poor form that the new attendant was blatantly bagging another branch of the same company. Terrible look for the company in general and as a customer we just wanted solutions...not to hear about their infighting

A stop destination for all your baby needs. They have variety of dresses, buggies, pram, cribs, feeding products and all other new born to baby products. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They also give lot of perks. Loved the shopping experience too. There is plenty of parking available as well. Highly recommended for all the families too. They do have stuff for babies that are born premature.

Worst customer service, can't accomodate anything. Not willing to make a sale even with the product sitting out back. Could have easily resolved it with their supplier. Store manager needs to go. Useless.

Great service from staff when every we go ot call in. Have a layby and got wonderful advice when we were making our selection and everytime we call in to make payment we have a positive experience.
