I have been recommended by a friend of mine to start Pilates at SP Albany, and I have to say it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made! SP offers fantastic classes with friendly and professional instructors. Definitely money well spent. Look forward to seeing the change in my body after my 50 classes!

Fantastic Reformer studio and lovely instructor's!! Always feel welcome and part of a team. Never realized pilates could be so much fun whilst been great for the body and mind. Definitely recommend to all ages, sizes and fitness levels....the only thing you will regret is not doing it sooner.

Pleasantly surprised at how fun the classes are! Lots of variety and you can make each exercise easier or harder to suit. All the instructors are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loveeeee this studio, the instructors are all AMAZING. Sooo welcoming, friendly and hands on. Honestly love coming, feel like I use muscles I didn’t even know existed!! Such a great way to tone and just feel better overall!

I had about 10 classes already and really enjoyed workout in SP. The instructors are very friendly, the class arrangements is very efficient. I will keep taking classes in SP and recommend to everybody! Plus, the SP app is very well designed, super convenient to book class.

I so love my Pilates classes twice a week feeling ever time how my whole body is getting a good low impact work out that tones all my muscles and strengthens my back. Best complete I got from my daughter just after the first few classes: “Mum I can really see your bottom being so much tighter.” I look forward to my next class.

I have been looking for a Pilates reformer studio that is easy access to me, and I have found Studio Pilates in Albany. This is now my third week, and I love it. I feel excited every time I come to attend the class as all the instructors are all very friendly and knowledgeable.I have a problem with my knees and this was noted in my profile . With every class, the instructors always check on me and give me alternative movements to maximize my workout.The studio is very clean, stylish and beautiful with plenty of parking and they have multiple membership options. If you're in search of Pilates studio, I can highly recommend Studio Pilates :-)
