Alert Taxi

I am giving a ONE STAR review because a zero is not possible.We got out of the Auckland domestic terminal, overly tired out after a day's travel, and wanted to grab a cab from the domestic terminal to the novotel.We well anticipated a short-hop loading fee and a surcharge for Anzac day, and a fare. We were prepared to pay for it.It was very strong buffeting winds, raining on and off, and we just wanted to grab a cab.The driver of the cab started to bleat at us that he had been waiting in the queue for 5 hours" (not our problem I am sorry to say)

Rang and booked two Maxi Taxis for an event. Rang back later to ask how many people can a Maxi fit and there is no booking.How hard is it to get this right??Answer the phone, take address and send taxi.If you can get an Uber, do that!!No wonder this type of service is a dying one.

Would not use your taxi service after an interaction with one of your drivers on 11th June. Your driver blocked me from parking when it was super obvious I was waiting for a carpark spot at Sylvia Park mall. He started abusing and said racist remarks at me.Left a complaint on your website and have heard nothing back after almost a month. If this is the kind of irresponsible drivers you hire and not even a response back either looks really bad on your company.

l arrived from USA to Auckland and my family didn’t show up at the airport and l choose this company if l could have time to make a research about their reviews l regret about that. l agreed with the amount they asked for the service to Mount Eden l had two big luggage 23 kgs x each and one little with 7 kilos , one of those was at the trunk and the other at the rear seat cause both didn’t fit at the trunk. When l arrived to my destination the driver that was upset saying that l should hire a bigger car and that l have to pay an extra of 20 dlls and must be in cash l said no! That is illegal when you hire a service you make a deal how much you willPay not after the service they surprised you that is an extra money l am an old lady and l felt so intimidated for this gentlemen that was shaking his hands in a not very friendly way. please consider another company to hire a taxi but never this they are not honest people what a shame to arrived at this beautiful country and found this nasty workers !!!!

Guy charged me $130 NZD for a 25min ride from city to four points hotel. This is ridiculous pricing. When I asked him at the airport about price he said by meter. The meter wasn’t on. I couldn’t see his ID or ABN details. He claimed the charge was for baggage handling. I had 2 bags. Carry on and 10kg checked in. That’s their job to assist and shouldn’t be charging extra for this. Do not recommend them at all! Dodgy company overcharging customers. Appalled and disappointed!

Would give zero if I could. Driver didn’t run the meter and made up a fare, which kept increasing throughout the conversation. Shocked to see many similar reviews. Added a luggage charge at the end of the trip. Cost more for a 10 min trip than their fixed fare from airport to Cbd. Had to tell the driver to stop following me down my driveway as he saw me take a photo of the taxi and got angry. Total rip off company

Used their taxi for a ride from the airport to Papatoetoe earlier this year. Driver didn't turn off the highway so did a huge detour, did not acknowledge the mistake and charged us for it. I was late for my meeting so paid and contacted the company later to discuss the problem. I have contacted them twice and have not received any response. Not impressed and will not use them again.

Terrible company to deal with. Is it that hard to keep bookings to collect a child from school for 2.5 weeks? Yes, for this company it is. Left my child waiting outside school for ages and then just didn't turn up for 2 pre booked pick ups. Useless!!!!! The drivers were all good must say. Very friendly. Do not use this company!!!!

Completely unreliable, I am an acc customer and whenever I booked it they never sent a taxi on time and when you try to complaint they never do anything to make it right next time never. I am a patient ,it were supposed to make my life easier but I always got headaches. Completely unreliable

ACC provided me taxis to get to and fro work due to my injury (broken foot). Unfortunately the taxis were hardly ever on time, at least an hour late in the afternoons and I was consistently late to work in the mornings - unless i proactively called, I would never know whereabouts the taxi would be, or if it was going to be late. I complained multiple times with absolutely no avail.
