Bought a dirk bike a year ago and recently their most popular Bremer e-scooter which were on sale, I would say it's the best value for money compare to other pricey bike shops in Auckland. Boss is very knowledgable and helpful. Will definitely be back again soon for my son's motorcycle birthday gift !

They couldn't actually fix my bike then charged quite a lot for not being able to do anything. Very poor communication not very nice to deal with (must be why there is a cage across the front door which isn't normal). Had to take it to another shop afterwards and it turned out they wrecked some parts which then had to be replaced. Not good at all.

Not only did they fail to fix the initial problem, but they also managed to damage the electrical components of my bike, causing me significant loss of time and money. Allow me to share the excruciating details of my encounter with this utterly incompetent establishment.From the moment I stepped foot into E-TEK E-bike & E-scooter, I was met with an air of indifference and disinterest from the staff. Despite their claims of being experts in electric bikes, it quickly became apparent that their knowledge and expertise were severely lacking. They failed to comprehend the simplest issues and provided vague, unhelpful advice, leaving me questioning their qualifications.After reluctantly agreeing to repair my electric bike, I left it in their incapable hands, naively hoping for a resolution. To my dismay, when I returned to collect my bike, I discovered that not only had they failed to address the original problem, but they had also caused further damage to the crucial electrical components. It was clear that they had mishandled the delicate internal wiring, resulting in a dysfunctional bike.The aftermath of their negligence has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did I have to endure the frustration of a bike that was still malfunctioning, but I also had to bear the financial burden of the repairs caused by their careless handling. The cost of replacing the damaged electrical components was substantial, leaving me significantly out of pocket for their mistakes.Moreover, the entire ordeal has cost me an immense amount of time. Instead of enjoying the freedom and convenience of my electric bike, I found myself tangled in a web of frustrating emails, phone calls, and repeated visits to the store, all in an attempt to rectify their errors. I lost valuable hours of my life that could have been spent on more productive and enjoyable pursuits.To add insult to injury, the staff at E-TEK E-bike & E-scooter displayed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism throughout this whole ordeal. They seemed uninterested in taking responsibility for their actions, offering half-hearted apologies and empty promises of rectifying the situation. Their lackadaisical attitude towards customer satisfaction is truly appalling and reflects a complete disregard for the impact they have on people's lives.In conclusion, my experience with E-TEK E-bike & E-scooter was a complete disaster. Their incompetence in diagnosing and fixing the issue, coupled with the damage they caused to my electric bike's electrical components, has left me frustrated, disheartened, and out of pocket.
