Sad how companies make their money off our elderly in multi level government funded apartments that don't supply parking to their tenants but leave them to struggle around shopping parking and their personal safety, in the meanwhile report on them to be towed out of spite.

Trying to get these guys via our insurance company to tow a car affected by flood damage was the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a business in my 53 years. Multiple phone calls later and it's obvious that the people you deal with on the phone don't pass the instructions you give them to their drivers or even write them down. They couldn't organise a bun fight in a bakery if they tried!

Did not like paying for the police failure to advise me or you who I was or that my car had been towed. I then went 30 days waiting for a reply at $30 per day . Curse then for ever. Ars holls .

The whole service is bad. The driver told me to meet at 11.20am but he did not come. The service kept me waiting for an hour and send me another driver.

I have seen this cowboy outfit destroy 4 or 5 Subaru transmissions due to incorrect towing. I have also been nearly wiped off the road twice by one of their shirt fillers cutting me off. If you need a car towed find a professional company and avoid these amatures.

Absolutely the worst and most corrupt towing co I have ever had. They have a habit of not letting people know where their car is until a day or two later when they suddenly ask you for another $115 to move all the cars they have parked in front of your car! Plus $34 each day for storage! Our bill has now gone up and up to $2300+ and must be paid by 4th Jan or they are going to sell it.My advice, seek another company that doesn't use devious methods to get more money from customers.

Terrible, continue to rip me off the whole time by telling me I had to send it back to the yard when I didn’t and then charging me by the day saying I can’t come and pick it up because I have to book in. also cost $80 to pick up the car .
