Good spark store, allittle hard to find if you have not been there before, but right by the countdown entrance, the staff were very helpful and quickly served me to get what I needed from the store.Spoke on the phone before I arrived, confirmed they had stock of a phone which was very helpful and then put the phone on hold for me.I would highly recommend this spark store if you need anything from there.

I purchased a brand new Galaxy 8 from the store a couple of weeks ago. I wanted the purchase the phone outright as I did not want a contract. I was told that as I was not going on contract they would not be able to offer me any discount and I had to pay the full sticker price of 1300 dollars. I was disappointed in this but needed a phone and wanted to purchase it from SPARK so accepted it. I mistakenly thought that purchasing from SPARK meant I would get a better service than from an electronics store. I now see that the Galaxy 9 has just been released and is the same price as what I had paid for my 8. As someone who is not super clued up on phones I feel disappointed no one said that a new model was coming. If I had waited a couple of weeks I could have got the 9 instead. So moral of the story for me is buyer bewear as the guys in this store are sales first and customer second. I will not be using a SPARK store next time I need a mobile device .

I m customer of spark from last 5 years but i never experience that bad service during this time but last saturday, i went to ponsonby and had a worst experince with ASH PAUL. He is one of the unprofessional CSR of spark company. He should does more training so he can learn how to treat with a customer. He told me that i passed my claim from spark sylvia park store and i could not get my new phone from ponsonby but on the same day in the evening i got my phone from rotorua. How’s this possible?.

Do not make the wrong choice in phone as very uncompromising when it comes to swapping or trading up. Expect big penalties. Staff manager very forthright.
