Skydive Southern Alps

Bad customer service with unfriendly employees. Had my jump planned and it was postponed due to the winds. The next day I waited at the store at 7 am for 45 minutes until the bus came to pick us up when it was postponed to 1 pm later that day. They transferred me to skydive Wanaka instead of southern alps costing 10 dollars more and charging me without informing me beforehand. Waited from 1 to 2pm for the bus as it was “stuck in traffic” when after 1 hour of pointless waiting we were told it was cancelled again. All in all I had to go there 3 times and wait in that boring little store. Only 1 person at the counter for 15 people who all want to postpone their skydive! Slow service and unkind, do not recommend.
