I hadn't reviewed my insurance for years yet my circumstances had changed drastically with starting up a small business. When I met with Shona she was very good at explaining the benefits of the insurances that I should consider to provide me with the relevant protections and answering the multitude of questions that I had. She is very knowledgeable, kind, happy and super positive. She was responsive to all my needs and did alot more than any other insurance provider has ever done for me. Despite eventually deciding well into the process that I did not want to go ahead with personal insurance, Shona was understanding and as helpful as she had been since the beginning. From the start she was excellent at understanding my needs, made sure to explain everything clearly, and was really timely and professional to deal with. It was nothing to do with her that I decided not to go ahead and one day if I choose to look into personal insurance again, Shona is definitely who I will be going back to.
