Awesome experience here. Bought a Giant Ebike and got some great gear thrown in at no cost. Helpful team. The charger didn't work when I got it home, so no questions asked they swapped if for a new one and have had some great rides already. Recommend the Thule rear kids seat too...solid and safe so the kids can enjoy a ride too. Thanks guys.

Yesterday I went to the Rangiora bike shop and I experienced the BEST customer service ever. The young man (I believe his name was Drew) was kind and helpful and not pushy what so ever. The rest of the staff were also extremely kind and friendly. Thank you so much for your service, I will definitely be coming back to your shop.

I normally have a pretty good honest experience here but this weekend I popped in to sort out a puncture, and the young fella who is a trainee mechanic took that up a notch. He was helpful made me feel like he had my best interest at heart in a genuine and natural manner.

What a great bike buying experience. Starting with Jack, who helped me out the first time I came in. He had a vast knowledge of the bikes, an excellent attitude & couldn’t have been more helpful. After taking a few weeks to think I came back and got Reuben. Once again I received super helpful advice & just an awesome attitude. I wheeled my new bike out knowing that I’ll always be coming back to this exact store thanks to the memorable customer service. Thanks guys, if I owned a bike shop I’d be trying to hire you both. Fantastic service! Really helpful staff. Lots of choices, not too “pushy” (excuse the pun)but super friendly and helpful.I only bought a small accessory for my bike but was treated like a platinum card holder!!Well done team.
