Lifestyle Furniture are absolutely useless. I purchased a couch in March but shortly after (because I read reviews) decided to cancel) it's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for a refund. Yesterday they said I'd have it within 24hrs but that was a lie as well as I have yet to see any of it.When I initially messaged to see how long my order would take to deliver they said about a week then when I said I needed it sooner so would be cancelling they said that it was ready to dispatch right now?? Now here I am still stuck waiting for my refund 3 whole weeks later.Would not buy anything from them again.

Had visited the store as I was interested in a specific sofa set. Very warm and patient staff. I had a chance to look at all the other stuff as well. Ended up buying a mattress as well.Special shoutout to Ms. Lavanya, for going the extra mile with a smile.

This place is absolutely terrible. No one answered the phone at all, been ringing all day and no one answered me when I went onto their website for the assisted help chat. (I don’t live near any of the stores) Emailing them is pointless as well! Don’t bother with this company as they’re useless and don’t care about helping their customers, they only care about their pay checks.

We loved purchasing a sofa from the Westgate outlet. Lavanya has been great with all the assistance we required for getting the product delivered and even with a bit of after sales service. I would highly recommend visiting this store as I would be doing too in future. Great products, customer service and prices!
