Professional yet personable at the same time! It has been nothing but a great experience having Corrina as our property manager. She is very professional and equally warm. Case in point, is during routine inspections where she scrutinises the property (nothing escapes her eagle eye!) and once completed, always spares a few extra minutes to have a friendly conversation! Her cheerful disposition has made our dealings with her very seamless and stress-free. Corrina is quick to respond to whatever it is we raise with her and always makes sure that any concerns we have are promptly made known to our landlord. Fred and I are more than grateful that we have a property manager who is not only efficient, responsive and professional, but most importantly, kind, caring and genuine. This makes for a very positive, fair and pleasant dynamic between tenant, property manager and landlord.

Great Service and Helpful Agents. Corrina Deverell is one of the best agents I have dealt with in all my years with rental properties. I can remember when I made any inquiry about the property she was prompt at responding and even arranging a meeting and viewing. Over these 3 to 4 years I have been in the property and dealing with Corrina I can say she is really professional and has always been helpful.

Sixth Sense Negotiation Skills.Overall Diego and his colleagues were quick, experienced, efficient and very professional. They know the market well and we felt we were in good hands all through out the process.Diego performs exceptionally well when it comes to negotiating prices with vendors. Seems to have a sixth sense about peoples interest's and appetites.Our overall experience was positive in spite of some of the challenges involved.

Super Quick and Approachable. I made the right decision after taking 3 appraisals on my property to go ahead with Diego and team falling into the SOLD bracket within a month.
