Really disappointed with this company; the products did arrive, but no communication when I attempted to contact as I was concerned by the delay in their arrival. Dog Sense
Very disappointed with this organisation. Although the website indicacted the product was in stock, it in fact require shipping from the US with a 2 week lead time. If that was known I would have chosen an alternative product or supplier, but apparently enabling his clients make this coice is above his need to profit. They have not responded to subsiquent emails and appears to have no interest in providing any level of customer service.
