Wow. Incredible service. Beautiful arrangements. I ordered a bouquet from overseas for a birthday surprise, and was a little nervous as I'm using them for the first time. They sent me a pic before delivery and a sweet little msg. Everything was perfect ...and so reasonable! I am now ordering all my flowers from here ♡

The basket of succulents I ordered as a birthday present for my mum were very cute and very well presented. The only issue with this order is that they were delivered v2 days before the date I requested - her birthday - thereby ruining the surprise I wanted her to feel getting them on her actual birthday. Not very happy with that, but otherwise the quality of the item purchased was really great.

Had been a fairly long term customer but the latest order left a bit too little to be desired.Ordered a bunch of sprayed roses from here and received what was pictured. Half of the bulbs are not close to opening, let alone blooming. This left the bunch looking like a young pack of plants rather than something that is presentable for a celebration. Florist has remarked that the flowers are hand picked fresh so they would last longer- I do not dispute that, but the flowers are just way too fresh to serve it's intended purpose of making someone's day. It had achieved quite the opposite effect to say the least.I hope this feed back would be a learnt" for the florist."

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a flowers box for a mother’s Day as a change from the usual bouquets that I send her.On the delivery day I received a photo from them showing the beautiful box before it was delivered. This was impressive.Then my mum called me the following day and said that she hoped I hadn’t paid much for the flowers as they were already looking rather sad. The photo confirmed this.Then I noticed that the photo Istoria sent me of “my” flowers before the were delivered was of a quite different range of flowers and colours.I raised these issues with Istoria and they apologised for the photo “mix-up”, yeah right, but didn’t agree that the flowers, 24 hours later, were degrading so quickly.They offered me a part credit voucher which is, of course, value-less as I won’t be going back.

I am based in the UK and wanted to have some flowers delivered in Auckland. The communication was amazing, and they kept me in the loop of the timings perfectly. Then, they sent a picture of the flowers to me before they went for delivery, and I must say the pictures on the website don’t do their presentation and expertise justice - they were simply stunning. My recipient loved them. I can’t thank Istoria enough, I know exactly who to Contact when I need flowers in Auckland. Don’t look anywhere else, the prices reflect true value for money. Thank you

The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day two weeks in advance and it never arrived that day even though they advertised it as Mother’s Day box. I ordered a black flower box and the photo they sent us was a white box. Owner said they upgraded" us because they ran out of black boxes (but never told us they changed our order!).The following day the flowers still didn't arrive and they told me they will refund me however still couldn’t provide me with an update about where the flowers are. I don’t care about the refund that much
