A nice lunch in a clean dining area. Staff most helpful and offered good advice.Music was a little love for those of us with hearing issues, though understand would be fine otherwiseFood was hot and nice, grandkids were happy. Soft drink bar hmmm, room for improvement, a tad watery. Though nicely cold on a hot day.

Staff lack pride in their work, and given how busy they we're, it seems likely their under staffed.Management is also unlikely to address this as profits.However, food was good. it just took ages for the girl to acknowledge front desk customers.No self-serve qiosks mean that staff must stop doing the other 3 tasks their juggling in order to tend to customers.Store and uniform of staff felt rather dirty, and again, this could be a reflection on either stretched resources or poor management.

It was clean and cold, and the instore service was terrible, English was second language, and I am clearly too old to be able to identify what the spoken language was.Drive thru is clearly the priority at this location

Came here with 3 others for dinner. Value for money wise, was quite good with cheap meals and deals. Ordered the Crispy Chicken, and the others I were with ordered the Lil King, BBQ Rodeo. All burgers were pretty average and floppy. The mini churros we got were a little undercooked, and the chicken nuggets were bland and didn't have a crunchy outside. Go to McDonald's for better burgers and nuggets a 2 min walk away. Also, the floors were disgusting, it felt like we were ice skating, it was that greasy! The restrooms also had no soap as well. Overall, value for money wise, good, but quality of food and general cleanliness is not great.

its fast food put together by under paid over supvised youth, the burger is representative of the Job satisfaction. Staff are amazing for what they have to put up with.
