I've enjoyed a great experience at Roughan Chiropractic. The ladies on reception were very welcoming, John Sutherland was very professional and kept me informed about what he was doing and there was a huge improvement in my neck movement after only one session. I wouldn't hesitate to return to them if I needed to.

I had multiple spine adjustments by Dr John Sutherland. Highly recommended Chiropractic clinic in Christchurch especially if you have ACC cover. The staff are also friendly.

My son saw Dr Sutherland for several visits. I found the experience to be incredible and keeping an open mind given it was something quite outside the box compared with the typical medicinal treatments. My son's anxiety, sleep deprivation and nutrition all needed help and Dr Sutherland was extremely patient and helpful. I also liked that the prescribed medicines or nutrient supplements were available at their office. I highly recommend this clinic and will be back in the future.

I was disgusted that no one during my one & only visit, wore face masks, receptionist or practitioner. I will not be returning. Covid is not over yet!

Have been going to Simon for almost 25 years now always feel better after a good adjustment have also been to many of the other chiropractors here to and all are very good, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a good chiropractor. Girls out the front are always lovely to deal with and are always super helpful. Keep it up guys here’s to another 25 years.

******. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHIROPRACTOR ***** Giving 1 star as cannot give a lower score. Went to JOHN SUTHERLAND for many years (approximately 8 years) and he never mentioned that I may have arthritis. Two minute appointment with a gp (not my usual gp) and he said “I believe you have arthritis” and an X-ray confirmed this. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE AND ADVISE AGAINST ANYONE GOING HERE IN THE FUTURE..

I couldn't be happier with the very friendly and wonderful service that Roughan Chiropractic provides. I've had a constant never confirmed but assumed lower back disc injury just after I turned 18 so two years ago now and since seeing the chiropractor now I feel amazing and actually getting somewhere. My pain goes away for a few days until I see the chiropractor but each time it gets better, and it's finally confirmed that I have a disc injury. Cannot recommend him enough!
