I have been treated by two different physios here for ACC related treatment. I found them both to be very professional, understanding and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. My only complaint is that the appointment times are on the short side.

Physios are good but have no knowledge how the corporate agreement system works. I was refered to this place by my workplace (placemakers). Extremely inefficient people to deal with. They never call back when they say they do. Really hard to get hold of them. In my visit they insist to charge me the fees even though I've mentioned and reminded them that placemakers has agreement with them and this already is paid. Tried to contact them multiple time to get refund everytime they say they will call me back about processing refunds but they never do. Very unprofessional process, go there if you are looking for a headache !
