Useless...unprofessional and passive aggressive. Very condescending and not only did they mess up my order but when i had to return the order they stuffed up no staff member had approached me for at least 5-10 mins they need good customer service at least to make up for it but all had a serious case of idiot syndrome would never recommend

10days for vaccum service waited 18 days still hadnt heard anything, and probably just service after my call. No service at shop ,3 customers waited and 1 walked out. ( this was a weekday not weekend) also did not stock my vaccum bag. My vaccum is 1 year old and bought from there. Not sure what has happened but very Unprofessional

After reading the other reviews I thought it was just me that it happened too. Hated stepping in that store and regretted it straight away. One sales person in particular was quite aggressive and pushy and that's probably the main reason I wouldn't go back in there.

These people convince you to purchase a vacuum that comes with free servicing of the vacuum for 10 years. I dropped Vacuum off on 23 March and advised it could take 7 to 10 days. I phone 1 April for an update and advised it was ready for pick up since 26th March. When asked if someone was going to call & advise me and I'm told the technician should have......service is pitiful!!! I'm now actually hoping they did service my vacuum properly cos it wasn't cheap!!!

Very poor customer service. Staff member is very aggressive. When we bought it at first they even said if you are not happy with the product you can return it no question ask?" but when we return the product

As soon as we arrived we were approached by Kapil, excellent customer service and detailed explained every aspect of the products we were interested in. We now have a great vacuum and mop. Very helpful and attentive person. Thanks Kapil.

I bought a vacuum few days ago. The sales person at manukau recommended this vacuum, paid$700. Price is ridiculous. Vacuums aren't that good compared with price to quality. I suggest to people only buy during Xmas, boxing day sales otherwise it's not worth it.They only give warranty for 2 years because they know their vacuums don't last that long

Poor service. I bought a vaccum and there was a lock defect , I saw and went to the outlet just after one use. They refused to fix and were doubtful whether it would be fixed or not.Instead of solving this matter they blamed me that I might have used in a wrong way. They said there is no defect from manufacturing method. But how is it possible that there could not be any manufacturing defect , it can happen anytime.Don't buy products from them, if you guys buy just check there on the spot.

3 weeks ago I bought my old rotating vaccum cleaner head in as it had stopped rotating. The brushes were still picking up the pet fur but were stuck around the brushes .The staff said I needed a new vacc head. I paid $89 for a new one . Using it twice it literally wasn't rotating nor picking up any fur . I went back but you are closed. I have been to two other stores and both have said its not the brush head, but the vaccum cleaner itself. So i paid 89$ for nothing. Not happy.

Purchased an inexpensive carpet shampooer a week ago. It made the carpet worse and spread stains everywhere. Full refund no problem today. Appreciated as im now rug doctoring for 24 hours.
