We were with Rockgas for a couple of years. We recently had an incident were the delivery driver removed our full bottle and left the empty one. Contacted customer service, really rude, unwilling to listen. Instantly told we were in the wrong. Heaps of other suppliers out there, and cheaper too. Laterz

scheduled 2 x 45kg gas bottles delivery was on 8th Feb, called them on 10th Feb to check why they were not delivered, then been told my driveway is too small for their big truck to access. accepted the driveway is small, the reason I rated rockgas 1 star is their lack of communication, this issue should inform the customer straight away. Now my whole family has to live without hot shower and no gas to cook.

One of the worst gas providers by far. The lazy company process requests very slowly and is closed on weekends, so running out of gas on Thursday or Friday means going at least five days without gas in winter.

They took our full gas bottle away when we wanted our empty one replaced. We were told it would be weighed and refunded for the amount but we were just told they forgot to and we can't get a refund. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will definitely be changing suppliers ridiculous...

Have not had hot water for 5 days.We were behind on a bill, paid the remainder of the bill and was told that gas would be delivered the same afternoon. 8/3/23Gas was not delivered. My wife called and they had no idea what was said. They said they were waiting on a supplier….We have children that need to shower…this is ridiculous. Looking at other companies now.

Atrocious customer service. We had a flatmate move out due to being too sick to live alone/hospitalised and they told us it would be $400 to change the name on the contract to someone else in the household. They said we would be credited but never were. They either don't keep records or they genuinely are thieves; either or, worst service ever - we are all moving houses next year to one which DOES NOT have gas. Cheers x

Useless. Advised us where to locate the new califont, delivered to us with no issues for 18 months, then one day decided the drive was too steep (hadn't been changed at all since their original advice on location) and would not under any circumstances continue to supply us. Utter farce. Go with anybody but this crowd.
