Toby and crew recently moved my entire house contents plus the associated stuff from my hobbies from Hunterville back to the Waikato. Having had a bad experience in the past using movers again was a slightly daunting prospect but I needn't have worried. They were amazing. The care taken loading items and ensuring that top stow boxes were definitely loaded correctly was an awesome feat and one that was done quickly and efficiently. Can't recommend Pro Pack enough!

We used pro pack to relocate from Hamilton to Napier, I can not fault these guys! Very professional, The truck was packed to perfection. I cant recommend them enough. Cheers Guys

I was very let down by Pro Pack Removals because the person in Charge who should have known better lifted my Antique China Cabinet up by its top exterior with his hands, which consequently loosened the top ledge enough to allow one of the glass sliding doors to fall out and smash. He should have used the lifting belt ! This glass door is very expensive to replace by having a new one forged in the Sth Is and no Insurance because of first pre payment by the insured....is very high also. He was, although wanting to sort things out (to his benefit) was very unreasonable and said the cabinet was old ( its vintage antique), and that his insurance won't pay out for any moving damages, he wouldn't meet me half way to bring another China Cabinet down (that I would pay for )on one of his return trips to Auckland. He did give a $200 discount but that was a drop in the bucket for what this incident has caused me. ( My China Cabinet is unusable) His attitude through all this I would say was very Gung Ho and unreasonable. I have personally moved that cabinet twice with no problem by always sliding it on mats and wrapping it profusely.
