Yet again the 2 lovely guys at Mr Minit in Lambton Square, Wellington saved the day and repaired my very sad sneaker sole that fell 1/2 off as I did a big power-walk today...The professionalism and quality of service is one thing - and quite frankly expected - that is why I changed repairers 8 years ago.. however, the genuine decency and warmth of both is the real icing on the cake.I can only say - yet again - thank you both for your genuineness & kindness - regardless of how much I spend at Mr Minit or how challenging a repair I bring to you.Chris

Very poor service and I've paid $80 for a key cut that does not work for my car.They accepted my money to have a key cut without advising the risks that it would not work - because it was not the correct key for the car. They have the equipment to check this, I brought all my other keys with me to help them make sure it was correct, but it was not.I thought my key was programmed to the car, however, upon getting my key cut I learned that the key I took in does not have the correct transponder and that there was nothing they could do as they did not have the equipment to programme it. They have the equipment to flag whether I brought the correct key or not, and they didn’t use it when I first brought it in. Instead, they took my money, cut the key, and then I discover it doesn’t work for the car. They should be advising me of the risks before I proceed with payment, and they didn’t.This was really disappointing. They are not taking responsibly for this and are refusing to refund me.***my response to Mister Minit’s response*****The issue I have is that I was never advised that this was not guaranteed to work. They did not tell me that it was a possibility that my key would not work. They took my $80, without letting me know that it was not guaranteed. That’s where I feel ripped off. Also, I note that I cannot find anywhere where I can find the ‘guarantee’ you talk about.I make my point, they should not have taken the job with them knowing full well that it was not going to work. Rip off.

Really good service. I bought a zippo (elsewhere as they do not sell) and had it engraved on both sides. They did a beautiful job and it only took a few minutes while I waited. Definitely recommend!

Needed watch battery said he could do 2 mins later $25 watch reset polished and 2 year guarantee. You don't get that with fridges and appliances that cost 20 times that. Pleasant very qui ck expect battery to last for next 8 years!!

I was there last week afternoon to get holes punched in my belt and the guy over the counter was super awesome and friendly. Such a good customer service. I wish i could give more than 5 stars. I really hope mister minit Johnsonville learns from other businesses that how to give good customer experience. I would suggest Mister minit to shutdown johnsonville. its ruining the business name.

I’ve had a couple of watch fixes needed over the last few years and have always been pleased with the service here, it has been a big step up compared to what I received at Capital Watch Services. Highly recommend!
