I have been here many times and have had a great experience.I used to live near here and go a lot for my banking and postal needs, I have always found the staff friendly.

Terrible customer service...huge queue out the door and the staff on a go slow. They need more staff that smile and know what they are doing. Won't go again. It used to be a great post office. Shame on them.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help with all your needs. The shop itself is warm welcoming tidy and clean. Always like to come here as there is space as I feel other places to small and clutter.

It's okay if found the staff easy to deal with but the lack of what they can and can't do there example print outs of statements ect I think is bullshit

Best ServiceEveryone in there is very, very helpful and very niceThey help you with your Bank Account and also with The IRDNo waiting timeIf you are not from new zealand, i would prefer kiwi bankBy all other banks you have to wait 1 week

This has got to be the worst place for service , 2 ladies continued talking to each other including a third person who I couldn't see. I had to ask twice to be served. Not good enough, if you want to have a chat wait till there are no customers.

Been there to open a bank account and create my IRD number. The lady was very nice and it was done in less than 30mn!
