Seedling Ladies' Evening Wear & Casual Wear

This store has a huge and beautiful selection of dresses. However, the sizing isn't NZ sizing and it's very confusing to work out which dress will fit. We were also asked to leave after trying on 4 dresses as other customers needed the waiting rooms - this was a first for us! The lady who helped us had broken English, so it was sometimes hard to understand her and be understood. Recommend that this store puts their dresses on coat hangers with the equivalent NZ sizing to make it a better experience for their customers.

Extremely poor customer service and behaviour by one of the staff. When entering the store, we were greeted with a helpful staff on the same floor however upon entering the bottom floor below the stairs, there was one worker there only and was extremely rude. She will not let you try on more than one gown and snatches them out of your hands. Went with a group of people there and that lady would closely observe every single inch of our movements and made us feel super awkward. We didn't think much of that until she approached us and took away our gown straight away. The doors of the changing rooms are also faulty and may be because they tend to take away gowns from you even while you're changing (as per prior reviews) which is not surprising after this experience. Not only that but there was another shy customer that entered but was immediately greeted with the rude saleswoman who said it was the customer's fault for not coming earlier because all the colours run out" (her English may not be the best but her delivery and attitude was shockingly poor). This saleswoman was not a single bit helpful and is extremely a let-down considering how the dresses looked. Will never be coming back again especially for the customer service and expensive dresses. 0/0"

I really love the quality everything the people that work there they are so amazing and kind and I search to much to find the best shop and the best quality and I know this shop have a best quality and I really love it if you want to look amazing and perfect just choose this shop ♥️

After a long day of ball dress hunting, this place did not disappoint. There were so many dress options at this store in many different sizes. The staff is absolutely welcoming, courteous and generous. We had an amazing experience, and will keep coming back to Seedling for all our formal/ball dress fixes.
