My experience with Grace at Noel Leeming in Nelson has been amazing. She helped me through making a claim on my AirPods damage protection. I’m very pleased that I got the damage protection for my AirPods from Noel Leeming. There was an unexpected situation that my earbud got broken by the dog’s chewing. I wasn’t aware of this situation occurring at the purchasing time. But I am very happy that I bought it. It actually helped me when the accident happened. And I am thankful that Noel Leeming Nelson store staff specially Grace supported me and helped me go through the claim process. Thank Noel Leeming and thank Grace.

Very unreliable customer service at this store.I bought a floor model range hood from Noel Leeming Nelson. I specifically asked twice before buying it if all the parts were there. The representative assured me that they were. After trying to install, it was missing 2 parts.Our kitchen is out of service while we wait for replacement parts.
