I live just next by and will never go back to them , they are super rude, I always regret when I leave the place.My partner and I been there 3 times and 3 terrible experience, not sure with kind of people they deal with… lost 2 customers and will never recommend to any of my friends and clients

Went to this gas station this morning to find that the woman had forgot her keys to hey in the shop. She asked if we could wait 10 mins for her card to come.After the card arrived and I pumped gas, the woman then proceeded to call the customers loser's and that it was the customers fault that she forgot her card very unprofessional service

I'm absolutely appalled at the service i received from the assistant mamager Amy. Firstly i never heard her ask premium or 91 and when she asked again I apologised and said sorry premium. She snapped at me thats what i asked! She then put 40 on the pump not 20 like i asked and again snapped at me and told me it was my fault for not double checking the eftpos machine! I now have 2 zip payments going off that are going to default....not happy!

Staff are always on their phones, pies are $4+, which is such a bummer. I do stop here often because it's convenient on the way to work.

Love how they are open 24/7 although can get crambed at times with all the traffic and not a lot of room to move in that complex. Four stars.

My father in-law asked for 20 dollars 91 on pre pay then as my father in-law was putting the gas he glanced at the petrol Bowser and noticed it clocked over to nearly 30 dollarsWhen the Indian guy was approached about his mistake he blamed my father and started to get an attitude. I will be filing an official complaint if nothing is done about this as it is not the first time this is happened
