Tracy got right onto the job of accessing the windscreen chip. Unfortunately she had to advise me a full replacement was required and book me in for it.

Had one of those tiny chips in the windshield in my line of vision so the whole thing had to be changed. The replacement process was seamless and the quality of the new glass was really good. This happened during covid which made things a bit tricky but the team managed really well.

Terrible service and utterly slow delivery of service. They refused to give an indication as to how long it would take to receive the glass they ordered because they knew it would take a month! I called a week after requesting for the service to get an eta just to get a rude rep on the phone saying that there''s no way to know although all the real reviews here mention 3+ weeks. all the other real reviews here say the same. the 6* reviews are bought for sure.

Didnt go further than the receptionist as didnt seemed bothered put me off

Rang twice on two separate days, left name and phone number, was told that they would return my call as soon as they could. Had no call back, wouldn't bother with them again!!

My Partner and I had a replacement windscreen done under AA insurance.The initial windscreen took longer than the 1 week we were told it would take to order. Once the windscreen was fitted theCar was collected but after heavy rain it became apparent that the seal on the windscreen was leaking.Novus were informed, but were unable to see to it until the following week, during which time the car interior became sodden with water above the dash.After Novus took the car in to check the windscreen they claimed the leak had been fixed, but afterwards the windscreen began leaking even worse than before.By this point the cars interior was quite negatively effected by wet and the drivers seat and carpets had become mouldy.On our third attempt to resolve the problem my mother delivered the vehicle and wanted to show the staff where the windscreen was leaking, but the boss declined, saying that they didn't need to know as they were just going to take the whole thing off.After all of this, the car needed to be valeted because of the damage to the car interior, Novus told our insurance company that they had seen no evidence of water damage inside the car despite us providing evidence of the leaks via photos. In our opinion AA insurance should stop using this repair agent and we suggest others reconsider their choice of repair agent.
