Lovely girls always know what I’m going to buy before enter to the store very good service!

Service is very poor this morning at 8:35am 16/4/22 female at the counter did not even acknowledge me there waitingNeeds to work on her service skill☹️

I was not allowed to pay by bank transfer. I came in and nicely, politely asked to fuel up and pay upfront by bank transfer because I had no fuel in car and did not have my card on hand. Behind a counter there was an Indian looking lady who at first asked me what amount but then changed her mind and said let me check with the manager. Then she spoke to Bluetooth in foreign language and came back to me with; No, you can’t fuel up. I felt it was on purpose, racist and I could feel her joy in saying no to me just because I was white.If I came there fuelled up and then went to counter it would be fine to pay with bank transfer but because I went in and was transparent about not having my card I got abused.I’m seriously considering reporting incident to the cops because I struggle to let it go, as it honestly felt racist and if it was it should be reported and stopped.

This place is always by far one of the priciest gas stations around. Gull, 500m down the road is about 30c per litre cheaper. Go another 500m from there and Pak n Save Fuel is about 30-40c per litre cheaper and they use Z fuel too.Shop isn’t open 24 hours but you can fill fuel. Inside the shop the staff are average. Variety of goods sold are average. Prices are average. Hot barista drinks are very good. The hot food is limited in variety and it looks old. Don’t think they sell much so it just sits there all day.They have tyre pump on site and trailer hire. No car wash, no LPG, no EV charging.They share the complex with a Cheesecake shop, bottle shop and bakery.

Every time i come here to get smokes they don't have them because they are out of stock. Here is the point: if you still sell tobacco products, then do your job properly. If you don't want to sell tobacco products here, then i'll just go somewhere else. Every other z has what i want, just not here.

Reasonably accessible from either direction, clean and friendly staff, generally what any motorist needs plus a good cafe, foods and general basic groceries and car needs.

Visited the petrol station today, customer service was terrible. The lady demanded it was prepay. Very rude lazy workers. Wasted an extra 5 minutes because they were so lazy and rude. Wont be going back again

Very poor customer service compared to other petrol startions. The lady who was working there yesterday needs to learn how to interact and treat valuable customers. Won't be going back

I was totally unimpressed with the service i received here today. I was on my way to see a friend who had passed away in hospital so needed the money to be able to pay at the machine there and needed my notes to be changed which the cashier happily changed but wouldn’t give me any coins when she had heaps she was very unhelpful and rude so a customer behind me kindly gave me $1 coin instead . Certainly will be reporting this to head office so nobody else has to deal with this inconsiderate cashier again .
