The find of the weekend! The pies are homemade and amazing. I haven't tasted melt-in-the-mouth pastry like that since my mother in law's years ago. Prices were also a surprise. I paid $47.50 for 7 pies of various wonderful flavours, a hot chocolate and two milkshakes. They also gave us free iced water. Wish I didn't live hours away.

On Sat 18 March 2023 I was travelling through Greytown. My son, my sister and I called to in to Corner Café for lunch. As there were no plates etc or paper bags by the food units we proceeded to the counter to place our order. The counter was unattended. After waiting around 2 minutes a couple entered the store and from some unknown location a staff member came past the counter where we were standing to get their order. That couple came to the counter and squeezed in front of me so they could pay. All that time we received absolutely no acknowledgement from that staff member. Other staff were in the kitchen with one having their earphones in. The staff member with the earphones obviously saw our frustration and eventually came down behind the food display units but at that stage we had already decided to walk out as the ‘damage’ had already been done. It would appear as though there is very low morale at this establishment.I see there are two other reviews from customers who’ve had similar experiences to ours. It’s not surprising that we will certainly not return. We proceeded to Main St Deli Café where we experienced what true customer service is meant to be like.
