Very disappointed in service. Ladies distracted not really interested only really interested in the woman that they already knew.no real effort to find what we wanted. Changing rooms full of clothes from previous person. This is the second time I have come to your shop and felt that you were not interested in the custom despite having good money to spend. To then also tell my daughter that you need to keep an eye on the Asian in the changing room as didn't trust her... I won't be back and neither will the other woman who with me.

LOVED my shopping experience yesterday in Rossellini...... gorgeous new summer clothes in store and the shop assistant understood exactly what I was looking for and assisted me beautifully. I found the staff friendly and helpful - looking forward to more new clothes next week !!!Great store for shopping for something special along with helpful opinions from the staff.I will be back.... thank you Rossellini

Fantastic service, I was after a particular jacket and Suzy came to my rescue. She had a gut feeling there was one left in my size. She took down my details and a couple of days later she found it. Thanks again.

I'll put 'we' love this store. In our experience the service is great and 'we' appreciate honest appraisals of what looks good on and what doesn't. Great selection of top quality clothes and a few accessories too. Somehow we usually leave with more things than 'we' came in for. No really, I like it too ;)
