Frimley Pool

My mother and I wanted to take my son out for the afternoon for a swim before winter kicks in. We were perfectly having fun and laughter until this man came up to us and asked us to leave. He was rude and ignorant. I havent felt so disgusted and disrespected.Never going back to this pool again

The facilities were good, however, there is one staff member that comes across as quite arrogant when serving visiting patrons. Perhaps some training in customer service for this staff member would go a long way not only for him, but also for your business. I would've given a higher rating but this one particular staff member was also rude to a friend of mine who arrived after me, hence my low rating. I have been a paying patron of yours for many years at that & have never been disappointed before until now.

No diving no bombing no flipping NO FUN haha. Pretty much sit in the water nicely. Cheap but now know why. They should allocate space for bombing etc like Havelock pools

Awesome.... clean place nd Friendly Staff..... fish n chips right nxt door or bring ur own packed lunch

School went there for swimming sports one year and all the students who swam got sick immediately after getting out of the pool. Conditions have changed and it's good now but keep that in mind

Another local spot where u can cool off staff are friendly and they have there own kaitiaki to maintain peace as family's are swimming

Easy access to the pools via stairs (and ladders). Toddlers pool very chilly, but the lap pool has a bit more warmth to it.

While I do enjoy the pools which are always immaculate. I am very unhappy about an incident on News Year Eve. My granddaughter was waiting for her turn on the water obstacle. So as part of the experience the obsracle course is showered with water from a hand held hose. In short a young girl,whose not a not a life gaurd had the hose and proceeded to spray water directly on to my grand daughters head and face until she slid off and into the water. The inflatable is located at the deep end of the pool. My grand daughter i a learning to swim, she managed to paddle toward the steps. I managed to get to her. She was very upset The life guard didn't recognized her distress and took no action to attempt to assist my granddaughter.

Facilities were clean and plenty of lifeguards on patrol. Great atmosphere wether it's all day fun or for a quick dip. Would happily visit again!!
