Had a family gathering and decided to try Hikurangi Food Express. If you love crispy, succulent, tasty deep fried chicken and crunchy hot chips. Then this is the place to get your fix! Utterly delicious! The young man that was serving (09/07/2022) was very professional as we had a big order, while serving and co-ordernating other customers orders. Sorry no photo, as I had devoured my $12.99 Combo 1 pack before remembering to take a photo.

Their snack pack is NOT a snack. It is a whole damn meal and then sometimes I still leave the leg for tomorrow's lunch. I have never ever seen chicken thighs so big. Got the meal pack tonight for my Mum and myself. Both drum sticks are in the fridge. No way could we eat them. When I leave I don't waste my time saying thank you." Nup. I just say "see you next Friday." :)"

They were great first few weeks of opening but now the chicken tenders are half the size they were when they opened... still great chips but their tenders sizing change is really disappointing... would have given it a 5 star before

Not an expert on KFC but I think their chicken tastes very similar. The scoop ice cream on the other hand is very tight. Literally 1 scoop.

Nice chicken fillets here, mean as and a lovely lady cooking them. She was pumping out the chicken and looked like she was doing it all on her own! Ka pai :D
