Good quality service from the day we went in for our first house viewing! Mark Warrior (property agent/manager) took away any worries we had about renting and helped set us up for our current place with ease. Of all the rentals we had gone to look at Mark was professional, easy going, responsive and definitely someone that you would want to have helping you out with property finding!Highly recommend!

Mark Warrior and his team managed our rental property while we were overseas. We were pleased with the service he offered. He provided advice to ensure that our home met current tenancy standards, and found really good tenants. Mark ensured that any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently and he looked after the house well. We knew that while we were away the house was in very good hands in his care.

Emma was fantastic from the first day we had communications. She was so quick and responsive as soon as we connected the first time and is/was fabulous with us from the beginning through to the end process. Mark was also great at keeping us informed and what was needed. Mark has been the most responsive, understanding and committed property manager I have ever met. From day one, he has gone out of his way to make life easier for us, always kind and communicating every slight change clearly and efficiently. We truly could not have found a better property, and that's because of Mark. He has been forgiving and reasonable every step of the way, stepping in to help out when we had to end our lease early and making the whole process carefree and simple.
