Got the Grande melt, cheese wasn't melted, very dry and lack of fillings. If you're vegan you have to pay for normal cheese as well as an extra dollar for vegan cheese. I think Guac should be free for vegans because we don't eat sour cream or cheese. I would go to Pepes instead.Free range chickens are kept in cages, aren't free and still get killed so it's not guilt free.

Was a great feed, recommend anytime. However would be nice if they had labels o everything so you knew what you were putting in your burrito half the time. I've been here twice but this time my burrito was rather cold when I got it, hope this isn't a regular thing. Labels + Heating please. :)

Yeah, this place was decent... We had a GrabOne so my husband and I went there for dinner. It was our second attempt - we tried on a Sunday but they were closed by 7. Tonight I got the naked burrito with carnitas. It was good and filling but didn't quite satiate my Chipotle craving.

Food is fine but quite overpriced for what you get. Then they charge you extra if you want guacamole.My wife ordered the tofu option for her burrito, which they told her they'd run out of, which is understandable. However, she was still charged full price (even without the hero of her burrito, tofu). Here's the kicker - they then refused to substitute the missing tofu for guacamole to make up for the fact she was being charged for something they'd run out of.In the interests of customer service, management needs to give staff a bit of discretion with these types of decisions, as they obviously have none presently.

Went there last week with the kids. The kids food was pretty decent and okay priced. However I was overcharged $5, lucky I caught on and got the $5 back. Secondly the soft tacos were so wet and tasteless. I ate them within minutes of them being made and it was like soup. They fell apart and were so soggy. For $13 for 3 tiny soft tacos I would not recommend. Didnt enjoy and wont be back.

Really disappointed in our meals tonight. Not only were the portions very small, there was very very little meat put into our burrito and quesadillas. On top of this they weren't serving rice.For a $15 meal I would expect a bit more than this. I definitely do feel like I threw my money down the drain.If you're looking for a quality and good sized portion meal, then head to Mexicali. Where they give extra sides and salads to all meals too.

Came to Mad Mex today for lunch, got myself a burrito combo. Cost $19.20 all up with the combo upgrade.Burrito was ok, wouldn't say it was spectacular. Would have preferred to hot components to be hot, not just warm.Fries were sun par, despite having loads of seasonings on them they were quite bland and lacked salt.Probably would give this place another shot one day.

I was hungry at a late lunch so didnt have much choice and gave it a try - agree with other reviewers that the food is cold (even though in hot trays!?!) and even with the sauces i couldnt find any flavour whatsoever!! Limited seating and back to the food and the value wise - wow $17 for a small burrito and a 300ml drink, my wallet was screaming in agony!
