I'm very impressed with the service.I have been trying to get a new visa for China during the COVID19 period, which is a new, complex process, and the consulate department has been fantastic.They responded to my emails very quickly with clear information, even responding outside of office hours.

Normal opening hour is MonWedThu 9:00-11-30a.m. 2:00-4:00p.m. TueFri 9:00-11:30a.m. If during renovation time, the location might change. We need to ask before go. :) Great place overall!

They have moved to 4 Halswell St! Repeat, they moved to 4 Halswell St, you could only find a shut door if you comes to here, so don’t waste time at here. And always remember to bring a cheque. They no longer use efpos in their new location

The Visa Office is not here. It is at Halswell street. The Embassy is permanently closed to the public.

Impossible to call embassy. Number is a fax machine. When you do get through it is an automated system no one picks up the phone. Very frustrating

The phone is always on high pitch beeping, or gets hung up everytime, tries for a few days already but still not working.
