Owen was A+! Turned up on time, thoroughly and efficiently checked my house for the suspected pests. Would recommend.

Definitely calling Owen back again if I need him; he was the first exterminator in 5 years who could actually get the job done right and it's been 12 weeks now worry free.

He dobt have any professional value,he changed appointments andHe cancelled the appointment on the last moment. He spoiled my Time. Not answering the phone.Thus is not fare at all.Keep some responsibility to the customers.

Have used Owen's services a number of times over the years, never failed to deliver. Always very happy with the end result. Although he's probably a bit too busy these days so sometimes hard to secure a booking - but I'd always rather wait than to waste money and time on other providers.

Owen has always been our pest controller over the last few years. He has done the ant extermination for our own house and our rental property last year and we haven’t seen the ants inside the house since. He is very professional, informative and knows very well what he is doing. Highly recommended!

Owen behaved in a very unprofessional manner, very bad communication and behavior. It felt very weird, and both me and my wife were left stunned and surprised.I understand that we are all stressed now, but if you can't cope with life/job - take a break/get help.Called him and he accepted the job. Waited for him 4 days (and had to do some remediation in the meantime so we can live in the house, which he approved over the phone).After he arrived he was visibly nervous. He was not listening (started the general pest talk without listening what I have to say), not inspecting, not looking for signs/entry points, decided to use bait after 5 minutes in the house... Ignored entry point I've shown him on the outside and insisted that pests are coming through the garage (although there were not signs of entry). Have shown him the photos/told him what we saw, and agreed to remove the patch that I put on the wall (he got angry because I put it in the first place, told him that it's not a problem and that I can remove it - he did not acknowledge that even in his reply below???). He just stated that he doesn't have the good feeling about the job and he has the right to decline it, and left (did not charge for the visit).I just lost 4 days having to deal with pests, and now I need to find another pest control company.On top of that he is almost double the price of the similar services (was not looking for the cheapest option, it was important to me to get the right service, and he has done a lot on web self-promotion).

Owen was on time, committed to our safety and that of our kids, professional, knowledgeable and super quick at getting the job done. He said we should see results in 4 weeks - we literally had zero ants the very next day. Could not be happier! Highly recommend.

Excellent service! The specialist was knowledgeable and easily identified the nature of the ant infestation. The problem was mitigated considerably by the next day, and pretty much solved within the week. Warranty makes us feel confident about the service because we know we'll have access to additional treatments if needed.

This is a follow-up review after a couple of months. Owen definitely got rid of all the cockies completely, and I am delighted about that. However, while most of the ants disappeared from the kitchen, it seems that they simply moved on to the living room. So while Owen is an absolute font of knowledge about his subject, and is a good technician, I was disappointed with the follow-up.In my previous review, I said that I have used a number of pest control experts over recent years

This company is very professional and really know their stuff. Really responsive, gave us great advice and sorted our rodent problem out for us immediately. Would highly recommend this company and a nice guy as well!
