I have gone to many vets in the past but Vet care Kaiwharawhara takes 1st place! Dr. Leo and the rest of the wonderful team are AMAZING! you can really tell they care and love what they do. My poor Cookie was hit by a car, but thanks to them and the After hours clinic, he was back on his feet in no time! Thank you guys!

I completed a click and collect order and everything was packaged nicely and ready for pick up within 30min. I have been under a lot of stress dealing with my cat's medical condition and chats with the staff made me feel a lot better. The people here are honest, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend this store!

They were okay. I went to go get hay for my bunnies and was served by a lady with short dyed blonde hair and a septum piercing. And obviously there was a promotion on meadow hay because when i got timothy hay and explained that my rabbits didn’t like meadow, she rudely said “why?they are just bunnies” it hurt my feelings.

This is concerning their vet. While the store itself is wonderful, the vet today was simply awful. Our dog finished being on antibiotics and we were booked in by Animates to take a urine test for him once his antibiotics were finished. We were then told upon arrival that we need to bring the urine in ourselves and that the test can’t be done until Friday because 3 days need to pass after having taken the antibiotics entirely. Then, for no more than 5 mins of conversation and a sudden and brief listen to our dog’s heart, they charged us the cost for a full check-up even though they didn’t deliver at all the purpose of the appointment, but instead charged us for taking up 5 mins of their time.

I absolutely love this pet supplies store! The layout is fantastic, with plenty of space to move around and a huge range of products. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they truly care about the well-being of pets. The store is always impeccably clean, and the parking is easy and convenient. Most importantly, they offer great value for money, especially on everyday supplies like bulk cat litter. I cannot recommend this store highly enough to pet owners in the area. This is where you need to shop.

This store needs to monitor the shampoos etc in the dog wash machines better than they do as once again I have found that shampoo etc have run out or run out just after you start washing your dog
