My niece had French tip acrylic set done for the ball. She loved it, customer service was awesome and price was really affordable.

Bad turned good experience-(they were clearly short staffed for Christmas & pulled off lots of clients so kudos to them & seems like a one off bad experience) Booked in through chat for 4 pm, had to wait extra 45 mins so started after 4:45 bc they serviced 4 walk in’s before my friend & I, found that unprofessional since we talked to them to book. Then after removing my friends prev manicure & adding my fake nails on wonky we had to wait for another 30 mins so they could finish another lady, altogether waited quite a while-then when I said my nails were put wonky they told me it followed my cuticles-which were wonky? Hasn’t happened in other nail salons so I said no that’s not true I’ve had this done before please straighten. But despite all of these annoying & inconvenient instances they really pulled through! I LOVE my nails, Anne was really sweet & fixed my nails & helped me pick a colour, the owner (I think her name is Jenny) painted flowers on my nails (her first time) which look sooooo good!! better than I expected. Nails finished at 7:30 so my plans were canceled affecting others plans which sucks-thus the 3 stars. Would’ve appreciated if I got an extra stamp on my loyalty card for the inconveniences but oh well. Would’ve been a 5 star review since they did a great job on my friends & my nails and since it’s all fairly priced. defs coming back for the talent+services+prices but not booking haha!

I went to Virgo nails and after a few days my acrylics started snapping off at the tips only. I didn’t message as I was in another city so it was pointless and I thought I’d message when I was home. I messaged and they tried to charge me more money? Even though by day 11 I had lost 5 nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 3 years every month and have always had my acrylics last 4 weeks. Had someone hold my hand and two nails snapped off so clearly wasn’t because I wasn’t taking care of them. The nail tech stopped responding to me and when I asked for a refund she told me they don’t do refunds ever. So mad and disappointed. No wonder they have hardly any clients.

I have done my eyelashes before my holidays and the next day all the lashes fallen, took a photo and showed after my holidays and informed my frustration but the lady said cannot do anything. Poor service paid $70 for nothing. She said I would have contact her on the lashes fallen time, it’s not possible I didn’t have anything and that was my holiday time with my family.Poor service not so quality

Virgo nails is the best place I’ve been to get my nails done they always do an awesome job with my nails and aren’t overpriced, I’ve been going to her for over a year now and I haven’t looked elsewhere. Thank you for being so amazing keep up the awesome work Virgo nails ❤️❤️
