Disappointed with their service. 2 things, the first one, I took my Fuga back to workshop for airbag recall. When the job was done, I realised there were many cracks and chips left on the dashboard, also a large glue was left on the windscreen. They had tried to repair a few large cracks but didn't tell me until I found the issue next day. The second one, 2 years ago I found my remote key didn't work after one service done. The service person told me the key had been faulty when the car was there. I told them I saw one of the service guys using the remote key to unlock and driving the car to the workshop from the reception on the service day! I was too tired to argue with them then later they offered a discount price for replace a key chip cell at $390.

Delighted with the service from Willem Antoinette and the team.Won't be going back for a while off course as we just bought a new car but would not hesitate to go back if we needed a new one!

If you are in the market looking to buy a new or used Nissan vehicle then you must go to Ingham Nissan for an awesome service before and after the sale. I have recently purchased a new Navara and my experience throughout the process was great. Was dealing with Ron, who was very patient and professional, answered all my questions via email and booked a time for a test drive as per my request. Worked out a great deal which was much better than what I was quoted at the other dealership. Delivery was on time as promised and came with everything that was part of the deal. Great Team at Ingham Nissan.

Asked them to email a price/quote to change the cvt oil and filter,They replied stating a day and time my car was booked in for(with no price indication )I asked them to first confirm a price, they then replied $600.00, I informed them I could afford that price at the moment but maybe another time.They replied back saying that price was a mistake,and not meant for me,but their service technician would be in touch,Never heard from them again.(Probably a good thing).

These guys know there stuff, so friendly and helpful and their care sales person Tim is second to non. Already bought 4 cars from him. He is one big reason i go to Ingham Nissan Takapuna.
